My son Prem loves these and loves to make them with me. So this has become quite a regular menu item to be made in the kitchen with him. He gets an urge for them on a regular basis and I have also become quick in getting them cooked with him too.
Here is the recipe I used for his class graduation. The new thing that I added this time were the 60 percent chocolate chips and they were a great addition though I did not put in the pomegranate chocolate and the discerning eater that Prem is now, promptly complained about them. :)
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a standard 12 muffin pan or line it with paper cups.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp flaxseed powder
About 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix the wet ingredients together :
3 tbsp water
2-6 tbsp oil
2-3 bananas
Mix both the dry and wet ingredients together thoroughly. The batter does not have to be smooth. Divide it among the muffin cups. Bake for about 30 minutes and done. Prem likes to start eating right away !!. Can vary the type of flour and oil.
